Supporting grandparents who wish to gain access to their grandchildren

What is this?

This website is designed to help advocate on behalf of grandparents who have been denied access to their grandchildren in Alberta, Canada. It is a site where grandparents can feel empowered to try to bring about changes in Alberta’s Legislation, ( The Family Law Statutes Amendments Act, 2010 ), by signing petitions and contacting MLAs urging them to support these changes, making the Statutes easier, less cumbersome, less adversarial and non-discriminatory for grandparents who have been denied access to their grandchildren.
